1. Services

MØTIONLNE provides photography, videography, editing, and related creative media services. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Sports photography and videography

• Event photography and videography

• Pet photography and videography

• Commercial and promotional media

• Editing, colour grading, and post-production services

Project details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

2. Bookings

A booking is considered confirmed once both parties have agreed to the project details and any required deposit has been received.

MØTIONLNE reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.

Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

For larger projects, a deposit may be required before the booking is secured.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery of final media.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients should notify MØTIONLNE as soon as possible if a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

If poor weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances prevent filming or photography, both parties will work together to arrange an alternative date where practical.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information.

• Obtaining any necessary permissions or venue approvals.

• Ensuring participants are aware that photography or videography is taking place where appropriate.

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be discussed before the project begins.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project size, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Files are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

7. Revisions

Projects include reasonable revisions as agreed before work begins.

Requests that significantly change the original scope may incur additional charges.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MØTIONLNE retains copyright of all photographs, videos, and other creative works produced.

Clients receive a licence to use the delivered media for the purposes agreed upon at the time of booking.

Clients may not sell, alter, or redistribute the media for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Portfolio & Marketing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MØTIONLNE may use photographs, videos, and other media created during a project for portfolio, website, social media, promotional, competition, or marketing purposes.

If a client requires their project to remain confidential, this must be requested before the booking.

10. Third-Party Music & Content

Where music, graphics, or other third-party content is included, appropriate licensing will be used where required.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any licences if they request specific copyrighted material that cannot legally be provided by MØTIONLNE.

11. Equipment & Technical Issues

While every reasonable effort is made to safeguard media and equipment, MØTIONLNE is not liable for delays or failure to deliver resulting from equipment failure, data corruption, acts of nature, illness, accidents, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If such circumstances occur, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

12. Limitation of Liability

MØTIONLNE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

13. Website Use

All website content, including images, videos, logos, branding, and written content, remains the property of MØTIONLNE unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

14. Privacy

Any personal information collected during enquiries or bookings will only be used for communication, project management, invoicing, and delivering services.

Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to complete the services requested.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
